Library

Since Brad was at work today, I decided the kids and I needed to have an adventure somewhere outside of the house.  I noticed the library the other day, and we don't have that many books right now anyways, so I thought that would be the perfect outing. It helped that the weather was pretty warm.  The girls rode their scooters, and Drew rode in the stroller, which worked out perfectly.  The girls did a great job on their scooters, although it was pretty busy around the train station and they nearly knocked over a few people, but it was all ok!

The library was pretty nice, much bigger than the one we went to in KY and much busier which is pretty typical for everything around here I have discovered!!  Drew really wanted a cars or Thomas book, but they books did not seem to be cataloged in a user friendly way, so he was appeased by a couple Roary the race car books.  I was surprised to see that the books for Lauren's age were totally different!  I am anxious to go back and explore without the kids too!

It was pretty modernized too, the checkout was all self checkout electronically.

All in all, it was a pretty good day but I am definitely ready for the girls to be in school!!
